Yusha Hu
CEO & CO-FOUNDER
Before starting Sightline, she led supply chain and procurement teams at Chipotle, sweetgreen, and HelloFresh — giving her a firsthand understanding of the operational complexity modern restaurant teams navigate every day. Yusha saw there was a gap in the way supply chain teams operated, and wanted to create a solution that would make supply chain teams focus on fulfilling, impactful work, as well as move the needle for their business. -

Derrick Staten
CTO & CO-FOUNDER
Before starting Sightline, he was an engineer for consumer-facing brands like Starbucks and Uber. Derrick then became head of product at Branch, where he helped scale the company from an early-stage startup into one of the most widely used mobile platforms in the world. He brings that same instinct for building products that scale to Sightline — designing a platform that gets more powerful the more a restaurant's data grows with it. -

Louis Bensard
HEAD OF DATA & ML
Before Sightline, he spent his career building and deploying machine learning solutions for Fortune 500 companies across retail, marketing, and consumer sectors — most recently as a data science manager at Ekimetrics, where he led cross-functional teams delivering data-driven strategies at scale. Louis brings that depth of applied ML experience directly to Sightline's forecasting engine — building models that get smarter the longer they run. -

Emily Schultz
HEAD OF MARKETING
Before joining Sightline, she spent a decade building brands at the intersection of food and technology — most recently as Director of Restaurant Marketing at Clover and Senior Manager of Brand Marketing at BentoBox, where she forged partnerships with the James Beard Foundation, and launched new-to-market products for the restaurant space. She brings deep expertise in building brands that connect with restaurant audiences and drive measurable growth.
